Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


Standard Return Period: If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days. Please note this excludes earrings.


Warranty: All our jewellery also comes with a 1-year warranty, in which we are happy to exchange items with manufacturing faults free of charge.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. All things considered, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

*Please note customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@suusjewelryy.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
